Although RegistryBooster can be downloaded from a FAQ page provided by the developers in the Support section, there is no mention about the supported platforms and general compatibility.
As you can see in the image below, you can install it on Windows 10, but if I were you I would be extra careful with Uniblue applications. They are known to scam users to fix their problems.

However, if you still want to use the application, download it from the following page.
About 3 days ago I updated my QuickOffice on my Nokia E63. When I exited the file, my phone was frozen. I can't open or delete the files, I've tried to download again without success. Can RegistryBooster fix this problem? How can I make sure that my device is compatible with RegistryBooster?

No, you can't use Uniblue RegistryBooster to fix the Nokia E63 problems, because the software is not compatible with your device's OS. In order to fix the issues, I suggest you update its firmware using Nokia PC Suite. You can find all the instructions on Microsoft Support page.
Go to Start > Run and type msconfig. Select Startup tab and disable the program associated with the DLL file. Next time you'll open the computer, the error should disappear.
RegistryBooster is not working on my computer. Therefore, I want to uninstall it. However this is also not working. How can I get rid of RegistryBooster?
Start the application, then click on Upgrade and select Already purchased. Enter your details and the application will be registered. The activation is in form of serial number. The serial number is attached to your email when you purchase the application.
You should contact CustomerService and ask information about your registration. Since the website is using one-year-subscription method, it's possible that your key isn't valid and it has expired.
If you use Windows XP or below you can go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the Currently installed programs box, click on the RegistryBooster program and then click Remove. If you have Windows Vista or above you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Select the RegistryBooster application and click on Uninstall.
If this doesn't help, try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.
I purchased this program a few days ago and had computer crash before I could copy registration number. Also did not get the usual email containing the number. Have never been able to use. Now, I neither need or want the program. It says to refer this to someone in "customer service" for action.

This application allows you to scan obsolete registry entries. It creates a backup then it deletes them to increase the performance of your computer.
